THE KFC..............MC DONALD......BURGER KING ETC......

HELLO..... it's been a long time that i haven't write anything in my journal. Not only busy with my work and my family but also i must help my sister who is getting engage on this coming April 2015.
I helping her in doing the arranging of her gift to her boyfriend because she told me that she is not really creative and need my help. I like craft and my friend do call me a creative person but i don't know, maybe because i like to create something beautiful, new thing and new idea specially when i'm design my EDUCATION MATERIAL specially for my pupils because i'm teaching children starts from the age of 8 to 9 years old. 

My eating habit do not change means that i still being a vegan not eating flesh or anything that has eye on it... Being a vegan really do change my view about food. Because before this, i love eating meat specially KFC...MC DONALD....BURGER KING....PIZZA....etc.... All of these place do provide lots of meat on their meal that make people want to come again and again even though they live quite far from KK (it's about 80km from Ranau to get to KK. By car it's about 2 and half hour to get to KK) they still willing to drive just want to get the BURGER KING, PIZZA, MC DONALD, APPLE... because in Ranau there is only KFC but most Ranauhan people still want to get these meal from KK.

This tell  me that people will do anything that they can to get something that can satisfied their appetizer and they don't care about the cost that they have to spent because of the the taste of the meat that been promised by the  food franchise which the taste is so delicious and no other food franchise can produce the same taste like they did. I knew it because i'm also one of those people who is willing to drive all away from Ranau to KK  just want to get the meal. When i'm thinking again, how fool i am on those previous days  because i'm willing to go to KK just want to get a bite of those meal that actually the meal that been produce by these food franchise is  NOT HEALTHY AT ALL...

Most people know that this kind of meal is not healthy and not good for our body. The reason why that people just ignore the fact about these food because... IT DAM TASTE GOOD TILL YOU WANT TO LICK YOUR FINGERS. If we touching the KFC chicken, don't you realize that when you hold it, the  happily nasty oil came out from the meat. It's so oily but still people want to eat it.

The contain of the SODIUM of the meat also high (in my opinion) because this thing can make the taste of the meat became tasty. I haven't mention about other seasoning that add to this meat because these food franchise told us that it's ok to eat their product because it is not bad for your healthy, but as we know it only a gimmick done by them to promote their product so they able to gain lots of profit for themselves.

I will discuss this issue tomorrow because i have a meeting to catch,  but for me, these kind of food should be monitor by the health department because there are lots of obesity people here in Sabah (including me hehehe) . they need to inform the info about the risk of taking to much of these meal because if those people did not want to stop eating these food, these food will kill them silently.

I LOVE DESSERT.

I LOVE DESSERT..............

Who doesn't like dessert..  When you eating dessert your world change into colorful world, lots of happiness, vibrant, happy hour ;) , and etc....etc......etc.... I  like dessert, i mean LOVE DESERT but because of dessert, i'm gaining too many weight and i did not realize it until one day i feel that i can't fist  one of my finger. When i want to crooked my finger, i realize that it's hurt and it won't crooked. I'm panic because i knew that if i can't crooked my finger it's mean that i have a problem with my health. 

I asked about this matter to my sister (she is a doctor) she told me that the reason why i can't crooked my finger because maybe i have an arthritis  or because i'm too fat. The only solution for me is....try to reduce my weight.

I'm a person not really like to eat rice and other dishes but i like to eat dessert a lots such as cake....cupcake.....chocolate.....pudding.....brownie....bun.....sweet...etc..... I approximate eating dessert in a day about 2 slices of cake, a bar of chocolate and some pudding or kit kat or bun or kuih-muih (dessert in malaysia). All of these dessert do contain a lots of sugar, oil, salt and some other thing that can make it tasty.

When my sister told me to that i must  REDUCE MY WEIGHT specially not taking too many dessert it do broke my heart just like when a person that you admire did not give any respond to you and that exactly how i feel. I don't want to split with my dessert because i do LOVE DESSERT sooo much until i feel that there is nothing that can do apart between us. Only death do us apart...hehehehe but then with this phrase it really give me a profound meaning because if i don't reduce or stop eating dessert, the dessert will kill me because it can give me lots of pain , health issues and  weight gaining. I just don't want to die early.

That's why i want to be a vegetarian because being a vegetarian, maybe it can help me to control my craving of eating of dessert. I can eat fruits or i can modify the fruits with raw cake with carrots, ice-cream with banana, cookies with dates, and etc.....





I love watching fullrawkristina and rawvana clip from youtube because they do give a lots of recipe for raw food. Both of them are RAW VEGAN and do also give lots of tips in modify the fruits into dessert. I love it because for me by doing their recipe, it can help me to fill my craving of dessert but in the good way and also these dessert do not harm my health not like the dessert before. 

After i eat my raw dessert i realize that i can crooked my finger without feeling any pain.

HOW DO I FEEL............ABOUT IT (part 2 )


Hello......it's been couple of days that i have been not written  anything in my journal. This week actually is my holidays season so  I'm quite busy with my mom's homestay and do cleaning at my house but i always think about my journal. Tadadadadda.......i  would like to announce  that it's been 1 month i haven't eating any protein (MEAT,FISH AND LIVING THINGS). How do i feel about it.........
I'M FEELING GREAT AND AWESOME. I feel more lightly and not feeling sleepy at noon. Maybe because i only eating fruit, veges and drinks a lots of water.

I'm also try to eat raw food for almost 2 weeks and for me, this food really do change my taste buds completely. When i smell food that been cooked, i don't like to smell it. I feel i want to throw up when i smell it. When I'm cooking for my family, i cooked it very fast because i don't stand the aroma of the food  that been cooked. I think.....  is this  normal after you have eaten raw food for a couple of days... I don't know.

Last Monday i cooked my veges because it's been a long time i haven't cooked  my meal. But when I'm eating my veges, i don't like the aroma of my meal and also i feel that the veges that I'm eat is not   fresh. I did finish eating my meal but i decided tomorrow i want to eat raw veges only because i like when i eat it i can feel the fresh of the  the texture of the veges.

Maybe somebody can tell me  what I'm feeling  right now is normal or not because most of my friend and family told me  that eating raw veges is not good for my brain....but i still not sure if i want to be a raw vegan or vegan....

TO BE OR NOT TO BE..........THAT IS THE QUESTION

HOW I FEEL.......ABOUT IT.

Good morning everyone....Ranau is very cold today and  i like it. I'm feeling soo lucky because i am Ranauhan people means that it is easily for me to get the ORGANIC VEGES AND FRUITS without need to spent lots of money on my meal.... I LIKE IT...

I do try some raw food in the couple of days to see if my body can accept it and also if i going to like it. I'm eating fruits in the morning and afternoon and veges at night. To be honest i don't like veges but i adore fruits. I still remember from my chillhood, i never want to eat veges. I like to eat fried chicken, eggs,pork (i'm christian living in Malaysia a muslim country) and fried fish... If my mother give me veges i call my cat and slowly give my veges under the table but of course my cat also don't like to eat veges just like me hahahahaha

I start my raw food this week and today it is my fifth day on trying the raw food. In morning and afternoon i am so happy because i can eat many fruits (variety of fruits can be get here in Ranau except western fruit. if i want to eat apple,grapes my favorite, pear,strawberry i have to buy it from the shop and its really expansive .) But at night i'm not really happy because i MUST EAT raw veges because i like to cook my veges. First thing i don't like the texture of the raw veges, the taste of it but i like the crunchy when i munch it. But i'm really surprised that i'm able to finish eating my veges in a gig bowl.. I just think that i should give it a try for tomorrow to do it again and now i did not realize that i'm only eating raw food for five days.

How do i feel about it...well its really early to say it but i think i'm going to eat lots of veges. I noticed that when i'm going to the market, when i saw the veges i feel that i want to eat it. I like to pick the veges, smell the veges then buy lots of veges because at my place we do have lots of veges and most of it are ORGANIC. 

I will give my update later because i have to go to class now but i will write more on how i feel about raw food. Do i want to be a raw vegan or vegan....Peace yo....

THE VEGETARIAN/VEGAN/RAW VEGAN/FRUITARIAN/SPROUTARIAN/JUICEARIAN.

I would like to share the info that i just knew a couple of week ago after i have done my research about raw vegan. Assorted there are lots of varities of vegetarian concept that before this i did not know. The list about vegetarian are;
a.vegetarian
b.locto vegetarian
c.ovo vegetarian
d.ovo-locto vegetarian
e.semi vegetarian
f.pescetarian
g.vegan
h.raw vegan
i.fruitarian
j.sproutarian
k.juicearian
I will give the meaning of each of this diet so it's depend on you to agree or not agree with the diet concept that been apply for individuall who apply it in their daily life.

a. VEGETARIAN
Vegetarianism /ˈvÉ›dÊ’É™tɛəriÉ™nɪzÉ™m/ is the practice of abstaining from the consumption of meat (red meatpoultryseafood and theflesh of any other animal), and may also include abstention from by-products of animal slaughter.[2][3][4][5]
Vegetarianism can be adopted for different reasons. Many object to eating meat out of respect for sentient life. Such ethical motivations have been codified under various religious beliefs, along with animal rights. Other motivations for vegetarianism are health-related, political, environmental, cultural, aesthetic or economic.

b.LOCTO VEGETARIAN
 a lacto-vegetarian diet includes dairy products but not eggs

C.OVO VEGETARIAN
 ovo-vegetarian diet includes eggs but not dairy products.

D.OVO-LOCTO VEGETARIAN
 ovo-lacto vegetarian diet includes both eggs and dairy products.

E.SEMI VEGETARIAN
Semi-vegetarian diets consist largely of vegetarian foods, but may include fish or poultry, or sometimes other meats, on an infrequent basis. Those with diets containing fish or poultry may define meat only as mammalian flesh and may identify with vegetarianism.

F. PESCETARION
  A pescetarian diet has been described as "fish but no other meat".[11] The common use association between such diets and vegetarianism has led vegetarian groups such as the Vegetarian Society to state that diets containing these ingredients are not vegetarian, due to fish and birds being animals.
G. VEGAN
vegan diet excludes all animal products, including eggs, dairy, beeswax and honey. Some vegans also avoid animal products such as leather (and possibly silk) for clothing and goose-fat for shoe polish
H.RAW VEGAN
Raw veganism is a diet that combines the concepts of veganism and raw foodism. It excludes all food and products of animal origin, as well as food cooked at a temperature above 48 °C (118 °F).[citation needed] A raw vegan diet includes raw vegetables and fruits, nuts and nut pastes, grain and legume sprouts, seeds, plant oils, sea vegetables, herbs, and fresh juices.
I.FRUITARIAN
Fruitarianism involves the practice of following a diet that includes only or primarily fruits in the botanical sense, and possibly nuts and seeds, without animal products. 
J. SPOUTARIAN
SPOUTARIAN is a diet that only consume only sprouts.
k. JUICEARIAN
JUICEARIAN is a diet that only consume only fresh fruit juices.

SKEPTICAL ABOUT RAW VEGAN.



First thing i heard about vegetarian, i thought that the concept is all about not eating any kind of animal product but after i read and knowing some info about this diet, this diet actually has  varieties 
of diet that still apply the same concept of not eating or using any animal products.

I met Jennifer from UK who came to stay at my mom's homestay when she came to Ranau (MandarouHome). She is a raw vegan only consuming raw food that is raw vegetables and fruit. Not eating any cooked food and drinks caffeine or any products that has been wrapped with plastic. When she told me that she is a raw vegan and that is why she want a place to stay that is near to the market (my mom's homestay is quite near to the market and Ranau town. Only 5 minutes to get there by strolling) so it convenient for her  to get her food supply.

I never heard about raw food before. But if you asked me about VEGETARIAN, i can give you full info about it, but the RAW FOOD VEGAN DIET.... i'm blur.....and still blurrrr.... what excetly is that RAW VEGAN.


Jennifer do tell me about Raw Vegan but i'm sooo skeptical about this diet because those who apply this diet doesn't need to cooked their food when they want to eat. They just eating it raw because if we cooking our food specially the vegetables the heat will kill the nutrition from the veges.


Really....really... does the cooking do kill the nutrition inside the veges? i never heard this info before and i'm not really agree with it. What if we eat the  raw veges then we got sick because we don't cooked it? 


I not satisfied with the info that been told by Jennifer so at home i'm doing my own research about this diet (like a CSI agent doing research hehehehhe) with a big help from MR Google ;) (i'm in love with him ).

After i read and do more research on  it i become dizzy and confused because i never thought that we can eat raw food. It is good for our healthy and it's also one way that can reduce weight in a natural way. I'm soo scared to take the slimming pil or any weight lose product because  the effect from taking the product will damage your organ specially our liver system. I love myself, i love my body and that is why i don't smoke, i don't drink alcohol but i need to reduce my weight but in the natural way.... maybe this is the answer....

I WONDER..IF I....

Brand new day means that i got to continue things that i always do in my previous days such as the house chores......working. at school......extra class for year 6.......fetching my children......laundry......feeding LAPING (my dog's name).......and of course....cooking. Talking about cooking, recently i make my desicions to deleted all my baking upload video from youtube because i have start my vegan lifestyle.

Deleting all my video upload, first thing it make me a long time to do it because i remembered how hard for me to upload the video because i'm quite fussy with the video that i want to upload and it also consuming time when i'm upload it because the internet line is quite slow (i live in Ranau one of the highest place in Sabah. (Place for Gunung Kinabalu)), I choose video only that i like and mostly my upload video is about cupcake, cake and dessert....(that is why i becoming MORE CUTE AND ROUND AND MORE BECOMING LIKE A PANDA ;) )

Finally i make my decision to delete all my upload videos because for me if i'm still have all the upload video in my laptop, surely i will back to my previous lifestyle  that is not good for my healty and it will need me to spending lots of my money that for me it such a wasting lifestyle because i have to take out my money then spent it to the unhealthy lifestyle not for me but for my children as well.

By doing this action, i knew that it is a right decision for me to do it because i need to change my healthy for the shake of my children........

DISINILAH BERMULANYA....

Untuk memulakan sesuatu dalam hidup kita ini, melakukan benda buat pertama kalinya merupakan satu bebanan yang amat berat kerana kita akan berfikir, adakah kita mampu untuk melaksanakan apa yang hendak kita lakukan atau pun perkara yang hendak kita laksanakan itu adakah kita mampu untuk menjayakannya.

Bercadang untuk menjadi seorang VEGETARIAN sebenarnya telah lama suda saya fikirkan. Konsep ini sememangnya satu konsep yang baik untuk mempertingkatkan kesihatan diri seseorang (sebab saya seorang yg gemuk). menyebabkan saya berfikir mungkin lebih baik bagi saya untuk mengubah lifestyle ke arah yang lebih sihat.

Untuk menjadi seorang VEGETARIAN bukanlah mudah dan terlalu banyak halangan yang terpaksa saya hadapi sehingga menyebabkan saya memutuskan untuk berhenti daripada menjadi seorang VEGETARIAN. Saya telah tidak makan daging hampir setahun pada pertengahan tahun 2013 sehingga jun 2014 namun saya terhenti dan makan daging n protein yang berasaskan binatang disebabkan i'm cravings more on proteins product that make me feel insane if i'm not taken it in my daily life.

Terlalu banyak halangan, cabaran serta kurangnya sokongan menyebabkan saya beralah daripada mengamalkan konsep VEGETARIAN didalam kehidupan saya, namun saya masih lagi memikirkan bahawa saya tidak mampu untuk membuang konsep VEGETARIAN dalam kehidupan saya.
