BEING A VEGETARIAN FROM PAST AND NOW...

HELLO....

What can i say. It is school holidays here means i'm also have a holiday season. Most people will say that being a teacher is great and easy because when the  is a school holiday we as a teacher also will have holiday season. BUT... what others never thought about it.... even though it's a holiday, teachers still have to come to school because there is a tans of work that need us to do it. Yeap its holiday but we still have to do the work...anyway i don't want to talk about it....change the topic now.

Ago i try to  be a vegetarian but i failed because i'm not able to conquer the temptation of meat. I lost and i'm only became a vegetarian for a year. But now, i want to try to become a VEGETARIAN  again because of my health.

Recently i'm keep thinking's why did i did not able to conquer the temptation that been given to me. Maybe because on that time i don't have much knowledge about VEGETARIAN and also i don't have many recipes that i can used in my daily eating. Or maybe i'm eating too many meat substituent that i can get easily from the grocery or maybe i'm not eating many veges that i'm supposed to eat.



For the first time being a vegetarian, i don't have much knowledge about this eating habit. I know what does it mean but the info that i knew is just little and it's not enough for me to apply it in my previous daily eating. Most of my food are still cooked fried because i like fried food and i still ate lots of desserts which it's still contain animal product. I'm also taking too many fast food likes burger, pizza,chips and etc which it does contain animal product. I think these factors contribute towards to my failure of becoming a vegetarian in my past.

But now before i'm starting again on becoming a vegetarian, i'm doing lots of research about this eating lifestyle. The reason why  i still insist to be a vegetarian because:
1. my health
2. i want glowing skin hehehehe ( i'm sure all women in the world want it)
3.i love animal.
4. for my children
5. reduce my weight in natural way....

I'm still getting more info about this lifestyle because i'm kinda addicted with it :). It really helps me with my health and my perspective about lifestyle. I personally not drinking alcohol but most of my family and people around me is quite a heavy drinker. I'm not smoking because i can't stand the smell of the cigarette and i don't like drinking soda because it does contain a lots of sugar. 

I am still learning about this lifestyle and i hope that i'm able to get more info and able to gain more benefit from this lifestyle because i want my children will follow it without me to urge them to follow me.

ME KEEP TRYING AND TRYING IN ORDER TO GET SOMETHING GOOD FROM WHAT I BELIEVE IT IS GOOD FOR MYSELF AND MY FAMILY.
