STOP KILLING ANIMAL........

Good morning everyone...........

Hello to you....and you.....and you.... to become a vegetarian it is not easy task to do i mean thing that you want to do. You GOT TO BE STRONG specially when others offering you FOOD that you don't want to eat and in this case it is MEAT. Most of my friend and  colleague disagree with my decision that i want to become a vegetarian and i don't know if i'm telling them that some day i want to become a vegan.  Most of them told me that it's ok not taking any meat in several days but you need to take meat maybe 4 or 5 time in a month, but then i told them that if that person decided to become a vegetarian it's mean NO  meat for the him/her.

They also told me that if i don't want to eat meat then i should take fish. But for me, meat and fish is the same meat that you eat. You kill that animal just in order to get its meat. IT IS A NO...NO  FOR ME. NO MORE KILLING ANIMAL REQUIRED IN MY LIFE.

Other that not eating animal meat, i'm also really aware of the product that i'm using right now specially my skin and face product. Luckily my skin and face product do not contain any animal's product which make me feel happy because animal do suffer a lots when its being using as a sample for the product that been produce by certain  company.


Not only skin and face product do contain animal but other material also have it such as bag, clothes, brushes, etc...... Why must animal must be killed in order to get its meat or skin or fur or any parts of its body that turns into something that can give lots of profit for certain people. I feel sad and angry at the same time because i'm an animal lover and i really don't like when people keep giving excuses  when they killing animal just for their own benefit.

We can used other resources if we want to make product for our needed. We can used plant based resources in making the product that we want such as flowers, grasses, seaweed, fruits, veges and other part of the plant. These resources does contain lots of nutrition and more safer for us as a user to used the product because there is no living parts that been used in making the product that we want to used.

STOP KILLING ANIMAL, LOVE ANIMAL, CARE FOR ANIMAL AND OUR WORLD WILL BE A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE.

MY FAMILY REACTION.....

HELLOOOOO THERE...........

In my last journal, i say that i will talk more about being fat and being thin. But again right now i don't want to write anything about it. I want to share my experience after i decided i want to be a VEGETARIAN and SOONER A VEGAN.

I just became a vegetarian about two months ago. But before this, i have become a vegetarian for one year in 2013 but i failed with the temptation from my sibling which when they came to my house they buying me the KFC, CHICKEN WINGS and etc....and because of that i start eating meat again which i feel regret right now because i'm not able to resists the temptation that been tempted to me. 

When i told my family that i decided want to become a vegetarian, their first reaction are........
they not really agree with my decision. Lots of excuses that given by them like i will not get enough protein, i will not have full nutrition because i did not eat any animal product, i will lacking of several vitamin that only can get from the animal meat, my body will not function correctly (i don't know what exactly they mean) because i did not consume any animal product. and so on..so on...so on....

For me when they giving me lots of excuses, it make me feel sad because i do really need their support with my decision that i made. I want to be a vegetarian because of my health and also i can avoid killing animal in order to get their meat. 

My family told me that if i did not want to eat meat at least i should eat fish, but then i told them that i don't want to eat anything that can move or breath  because it also a living things and its also want to live freely without been killed by human just because human want to eat their meat.

When i told my husband that i decided that i want to be a vegetarian, surprisingly he support me. His support make me feel so happy because he (my  lovely husband) do understand what i want to do and he also give me lots of encouragement. Not only that, he also buys me lots of fruits and veges and this makes me feel so happy because his action shows me that he support me 100%  on  what i want to be. I LOVE MY HUSBAND SOOO MUCH HIHIHI.

For me, if you decided want to become a vegetarian and there is nobody that support your decision, just don't simply give up. Just ignore them like i did. But recently i noticed that my family become to support me with my decision. When there is a celebration in my family, they prepared some vegetable dishes which before this there is no veges dishes that been prepared by them. I believe that what ever you decide want to be, of course in the beginning our family will not support because maybe they don't understand why we choose that decision. But i knew that our family will support us sooner or later. Just be patient.

Patient is the most importance thing that we must have if we want to become what ever we want because if we don't have any  patient then we will failed in order to achieve the target that we want to do.

BE PATIENT, BE STRONG, BELIEVE IN YOURSELF AND WITH GOD'S HELP EVERYTHING WILL BE DONE IN WHAT WE WANT IT TO BE DONE...

SKINNY......THIN.......IS IT REALLY BEAUTIFULL??????

YARIBAAAA........YIHAAA......

Good morning everyone. Hello to you and you and you.. Being skinny and thin, is this physical feature really can make you look beautiful and gorgeous. Most people will say YES....IT'S TRUE. Everyone like fashion. Women, men, teenagers even children nowadays,  like fashion and it also include me.

Does physical feature really importance for us. Most people will say yes because if you are skinny or thin you will able to  wear any kind of fashion that they want because by fashion, you not only tell other people that you are most important people or you have more confident on what you want to do specially in your job. 

For me i don't think that being a thin or skinny people is a must for everyone because if you have a feature like that everybody will treat you nicely and will give you more attention just because you are thin. I REALLY DISAGREE WITH IT. Fat people also human like others and there is no need for them not to get attention from other people.

I will discuss more about this topic on my next journal because i have a meeting to catch...

MY OWN RECEIPE.........SMOOTHIE

YIHAAAAA............

What an intro from me....hehehehe yeap it's been a very...very...very loooong time i haven write anything in my journal. I'm quite busy with my work at school....chores..(Seem that i haven't finish my chores at home. Everyday is the same thing ;\). My children things, my children's attitude that make me feel that i'm going to be crazy...hehehehe, my husband needed specially his THINGS that i have to prepare early in the morning because he also a teacher but luckily we not work at the same school if not he will keep nagging about my attitude at my work, because i like to laugh a lots kekekeke....
and etc.....etc....etc....

I did say in my last journal i will write about the KFC......MC DONALD and etc but... right now i'm not in the mood of writing of that stuff because in previous, when i'm write about it the shadow of the KFC chicken, the BIG FISH BURGER of BURGER KING.... make my saliva came out from my mouth hahahaha......

I just want to share my new recipe that i made totally my own creation....muahahahaha....and that is the SMOOTHIE......

I have made several smoothie because i LOVE smoothie sooooo much.




Here are my smoothies.
1. Banana plus cucumber plus carrot plus water plus water.
2. Banana plus carrot plus water.
3.Carrot plus date plus pear plus water.
4.Carrot plus oranges plus pear plus water.
5. Banana plus bak choi (green veges) plus water.
6. Papaya plus pineapple plus water.
7. Zucchini plus date plus banana plus water.
8. Beet root plus date plus carrot plus water
9. Coconut water plus meat of coconut plus spinach.
Usually i do add some ice just to make it cold and it taste more superb... and ya i use my super power blender to blend it all.

I do smoothie every morning and i'm kind addicted with it but i like it because i can get easy nutrition from the fruit and veges in one bottle. I don't like to add sugar or molasses or any sweet syrup because the fruit itself do contain lots of sugar so there is no need to add sugar on it. I like the natural taste from it and usually after i drank it in just a couple of minute i will rush go to the restroom then throw away the ####. I like it. 

THE IKKUMA SMOOTHIE 


I think everyone should drinks smoothie in the morning specially those who working at morning. easy to prepare and easy to digest in  our body system.

So the moral of the story is... DRINK SMOOTHIE EVERY MORNING BECAUSE IT GOOD FOR OUR BODY AND IT SO DELICIOUS.....
